The first step in taking care of your urgent dental need is to schedule an appointment. Please contact our office by phone, email or complete an online appointment request. We will make every effort to get you in as soon as possible. Often we can get you in the same day!

After scheduling your appointment you will receive a link via text or email to complete all necessary forms. We ask that you complete your check in forms at your earliest convenience. Filling them out promptly will allow us to attend to your dental needs more quickly than completing them upon your arrival. You can fill out your forms by clicking here.
