Our newest location, this office is located on Oakland Ave. off of Interstate 64. Take the Oakland exit if coming from the west, Hampton exit if coming from the east. We are in the same complex as Comet Coffee.

Please Note: Google Maps will take you to the employee entrance (facing Oakland Ave). We suggest parking "behind" the building  in the south side lot where the patient entrance is located.

Our business hours our standard across all practices:

Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-9:00pm

Friday: 8:00am-9:00pm

Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am-5:00pm
